Are you feeling stressed out? You need to find out why!

Stress is Fear?

Louise Hay says that ‘stress is fear‘. What are we afraid of? When we release the fear, we also release the stress! Repeat these words, “I am willing to let go. I release. I let go. I release all tension. I release all fear. I release all anger. I release all guilt. I release all sadness. I let go of all old limitations. I let go, and I am at peace. I am at peace with myself. I am at peace with the process of life. I am safe.” Meditate and repeat these words over and over. See how your body begins to relax. See how peace begins to come into you. Are you now at a better place than you were before? Release the fear and release the Stress! It’s that simple.

An excellent short affirmation that we can all begin today will
affect your confidence and self-esteem in a very big way. It is even
more effective if you do this exercise or mantra in front of a
mirror, and look at yourself as you say these words out loud.
“I approve of myself exactly as I am right now.” Think about this.
You can’t change the past, the present is as it is now, and you can’t
change the future yet. But, if you concentrate on loving yourself
exactly as you are right now, then, you will see major changes in
your life and how you perceive your life. Don’t wait till you lose
weight, or get a new hairdo, or finish your education, or move to a
bigger house, or until ‘anything’. Just love yourself completely and
honestly just as you are right now. It will give you tremendous
results. The more you say this, the more you begin to believe it!
Try it for 30 days and you will be amazed at the powerful changes.
Another variation of this affirmation is: “I love myself exactly as
I am right now.” Say this affirmation over and over. Particularly
in front of the mirror. If you have trouble saying it out loud, or
by facing a mirror and saying it, then you have a particular problem
with this. And, by overcoming it, you will definitely see amazing
results. Give it a try, what have you got to lose?! Stay Positive,

Well, just a few minutes ago I had written you guys a real
nice email, and then went to send it to you. And, bleep – down went
my internet – not sure if it was local or yahoo or what? But, maybe I
wasn’t supposed to send it after all. So who knows?!
So, I will start over. Isn’t life full of challenges?! YES!
And, we can make most of them positive if we are inclined to do so.
A lot of it is just perspective. You know, how you look at things.
Is the glass half full, or is it half empty of water? I grew up
thinking somewhat negatively, and it soon became a habit. When I
discovered the Louise Hay Books back in the early ’90′s, they so
totally changed me and my outlook — that I wanted to share this with
you. It is something truly remarkable, and therefore, You might want
it also. Starting today (Friday), I will write one affirmation a day
to post to the group. And, as soon as we get some more members, or
some more vocal members, we will begin more discussions.
I’m afraid that I have to work during the day (to pay the
bills), so the weeknights or weekends are better to catch me
available. But, believe me,…if you write here, I’ll write you
back! So, just don’t give up on me! And, if we have more computer
glitches where emails get lost, or criss crossed in the mail, or
something, please write me, and we’ll try to get it straightened out.
Have a terrific weekend!
